Are online listed products in stock?
Yes. All online listed products are available to purchase unless it is labeled out of stock.
Is Genorise product refundable?
No. Genorise product is not refundable as shown at genorsie.com, however, we will do our best to meet customer’s demand, this includes but not limited to help trouble shooting, send a replacement on our cost.
Does Genorse accept credit card over the phone?
We do not take a credit card info over the phone as this would protect customer’s information and instead, we will send customer a pay link that a purchase order can be paid using a credit card via our secure PayPal website or with customer’s PayPal account.
Is online order safe?
Yes. We use a secure online order platform that customer information is safe and popular PayPal as our check out system to secure customer’s financial information.
How to send a purchase order?
Customer can send us a purchase order via email (order@genorise.com) or fax (610-558-4786). For a fast shipping, online order will be the best option.
How fast will a purchase order be processed?
A purchase order will be shipped after it is paid in full unless it is an official institutional PO that is subject to a NET30 payment term.
Can I cancel a purchase order?
A purchase order can be cancelled but it is subject to a cancellation fee according to conventional business standards.
